职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Trace and monitor the process and contract during project implementation;
2. Collect and trace the project related information, notice and share the information to PI and other project related person in timely manner;
3. Make close communication with clients, bioanalysis PIs, Clinical PM, sample coordinators to make projects proceed smoothly;
4. Settle the project cost and notice client and financial department according to contract milestones;
5. Responsible for maintaining the project tracking table daily and report to line manager at fixed period;
6. Draft and submit project proposals; Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationship;
7. Organizes client related activities including visits and meetings;
8. Responsible for government affairs management and maintenance.

Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a decent university majored in biology and medicine, etc;
2. Working Experience in CRO is preferred. Have 3-4 years related working experience;
3. Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written;
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
5. Have team spirit, reliable and studious.


岗位职责：
1. 项目实施过程中对进展，合同等跟踪及监管；
2. 搜集并追踪项目相关信息，及时通知并共享给项目相关负责人；
3. 和客户、公司内部生物分析PI以及临床人员密切沟通，促进项目的顺利进行；
4. 项目费用按照里程碑，结算并通知客户以及财务收取项目款项；
5. 维护项目追踪表格，并定期总结汇报给直系领导；
6. 撰写报价并维护与发展客户关系；
7. 组织与客户相关的活动比如客户到访和会议；
8. 负责政府事务的管理与关系维护。

任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，生物，医药等相关专业；
2. 有CRO 公司的工作经验优先。相关工作经验3-4年以上；
3. 有海外留学经验者优先考虑；
4. 能用英文熟练交流，包括书面英语和口语；
5. 熟练使用办公软件；
6. 有团队精神，踏实好学。
