Key Responsibilities
"• Contribute to discovery and development projects for antibody therapeutics by conducting in vivo efficacy, PK, and PD studies utilizing syngeneic mouse and humanized cancer models
• Hands on working experience for various in vivo Immuno-oncology animal models.
• Adapt and develop new assays required for drug candidate activity assessment.
• Design and execute mechanism of action study using animal models or ex vivo methods.
• Analyze data, draw conclusions, and troubleshoot results independently.
• Record experimental protocols/results in detail and write technical reports for regulatory filings.
• Present data and communicate research results within the team or cross-function groups.
• Attend team meetings and deliver well-prepared presentations and is expected to be an active participant in discussions.
• Provide proper training of staff and continue to explore opportunities to expand their responsibilities and capabilities"

Requirements
"• M.S./Ph.D. with 3-5 year research experience in an academic or industrial setting.
• Minimum of 3-5 years hands on working experience on in vivo animal tumor models and mechanism of action study on immune sub-population is required.
• Hands-on working experience on animal tumor models, multi-color flow cytometry, cell sorting, Luminex analysis is required.
• Ability to use appropriate software to perform analysis of data is required (FlowJo, CyTOF, Excel, GraphPad Prism).
• Must have excellent organization and planning skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team, good verbal and written communication, and strong motivation with a dedicated work ethic.
• Prior experience and expertise in the fields of immune-oncology, cancer biology, and/or immunology highly preferred.
• Proficiency in primary cell culture, in vitro or ex vivo immune cell functional assays is preferred.
• Knowledge of operation on cutting edge technology analysis tools (i.e. RNAseq, and CyTOF) is a plus.
• Technical expertise with immune cell-based functional assays (e.g. activation, differentiation, proliferation, and suppression assays by using monocyte/ macrophages, T-cells, or dendritic cells) is highly desired.
• Experience with human PBMC, mammalian cell culture, animal primary cell isolation and ex vivo differentiation is a plus. "

要求

M.S./P.具有3-5年学术或工业背景的研究经验。

●至少3-5年在动物体内肿瘤模型和免疫亚群作用机制研究方面的工作经验。

具有动物肿瘤模型、多色流式细胞术、细胞分选、LAMEX分析等工作经验。

需要使用适当的软件进行数据分析（Fuffjo，CytoFe，Excel，Gracpad Primes）。

·必须具有优秀的组织和计划技能，独立或作为团队的一部分在快节奏环境中工作的能力，良好的口头和书面沟通，以及具有敬业工作道德的强烈动机。

具有免疫肿瘤学、癌症生物学和免疫学领域的经验和专业知识者优先。

精通初级细胞培养、体外或体外免疫细胞功能测定。

了解前沿技术分析工具（如RNAseq和CyTOF）的操作经验者优先。

·非常希望具有基于免疫细胞的功能测定的技术专长(例如，通过使用单核细胞/巨噬细胞、T细胞或树突状细胞的激活、分化、增殖和抑制测定)。

有人PBMC、哺乳动物细胞培养、动物原代细胞分离和体外分化的经验者优先。
