职位描述

1. 根据公司对抗体原料的开发需求，制定项目开发计划。进行免疫，细胞株克隆，抗体制备等可行性研究，并会同产品研发人员一起评估原料性能。
Establish the antibody project plan according to the company requirement for antibody. Organize feasibility studies including project plan, immunization, cell clone and antibody purification etc and evaluate the antibody together with product development scientist.
2. 对符合产品要求的原料进行转移（transfer），协助原料纯化部门解决新原料生产中的技术问题。
Transfer the antibody to Reagent Purification team and support them to solve the technical problem during transfer.
3. 协助原料纯化部解决生产中的技术问题，解决生产过程中的紧急问题，确保原料生产的正常进行。
Support Reagent purification team to solve the technical problem during manufacture to ensure the reagent production on time.
4. 完成上级交办的其他任务。
Finish the other tasks required by the team leader.
1. 外语技能/Foreign Language Skills：
良好的英语读写能力，能根据英文SOP完成操作
Good English writing and reading. Able to operate according to English SOP.
2. 教育背景/Education：
本科以上，生物化学，分子生物学等生物相关专业背景优先
Bachelor _or above, Biochemistry, molecular biology and other biology relative background is preferred.
