Job requirements
1、 临床医学、肿瘤学或相关学科的硕士或博士，具有丰富的临床医师经验；
Ph. D. in clinical medicine, oncology or related disciplines, with rich experience in clinical physicians;
2、 熟练掌握临床试验流程和相关法规;具有临床试验监察管理经验；
Familiar with the clinical trial process and related regulations, and has the experience of clinical trial supervision and management;
3、 具有20 年以上肿瘤或风湿免疫领域临床的实际工作经验，并在行业内有一定的学术地位；
More than 20 years of clinical experience in the field of cancer or rheumatism, and has a certain academic status in the industry;
4、 具有跨国制药公司或知名研发机构工作经历。
Working experience with multi-national pharmaceutical companies or well-known R & D organizations.
五、 主要职责
Main responsibilities
1、 负责公司创新药临床适应症筛选、设计，临床项目方案制定及后期完善；
To be responsible for the selection and design of clinical indications for the innovative medicines of the company, the preparation of clinical project plan and the improvement of the later period;
2、 了解、跟进药品研发全过程，并给予医学指导建议；
Understand and follow up the whole process of drug research and development, and give medical advice;
3、 与国内外相关研究机构建立研究合作关系，与学术机构进行项目合作的策划和实施，促进学术课题项目的建立与落实。
And the relevant research institutions at home and abroad to establish a cooperative relationship, and academic institutions to carry out the planning and implementation of the project cooperation, and promote the establishment and implementation of academic research projects.
