Job Description
Successful candidate will work on a variety of cutting-edge projects in immuno-oncology field. The candidate is expected to lead the design, execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of innovative Phase 1 to 3 clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities
Recruits/screens/selects competent investigators; organizes investigators' meetings; assures that GCPs are followed; monitors data for safety and efficacy trends; and writes clinical reports upon completion or termination of studies.
Reviews requests for IND studies and organize reports for pharmacokinetics and pre-clinical studies.
Prepares clinical portions of INDs and NDAs/BLAs, including protocols, investigator brochures, medical reports, efficacy and safety summaries, scientific rationales and benefit/risk ratios.
Plans clinical programs and develops schedule, budget and resource analysis for clinical programs and personnel administration.
Establishes and maintains partnerships, CROs, investigators and opinion leaders to optimize performance on clinical trial activities.

Minimum Requirements
MD/PhD in a relevant scientific discipline and a minimum of 5 years experience in clinical research.
Proven track record of designing, planning & managing clinical studies for Phase 1-3 studies.
China or US filing (e.g. IND, NDA, BLA) experience is preferred.
Prior experience in personalized medicine or adoptive cellular therapy is a plus.
