职位概述 Role Summary：
物流经理负责杭州工厂的直接和间接物料以及服务的采购管理工作。在合规的前提下为工厂的采购
运作提供战略和运营支持。在采购管理方面，为工厂创造竞争优势。
The Procurement Manager is responsible for the procurement of direct/ indirect material and service.
Provide strategic and operational support for the procurement operation in a compliance manner; create
competitive advantage for Hangzhou site in procurement management.

主要职责 Role Responsibilities：
 与主要的内部业务伙伴建立良好的关系，以确保在业务需求出现时能及时参与。与各商业伙伴
引领战略性采购流程，包括确认需求、执行项目前期规划、珩磨问题定义、细化项目范围、收
集内外部数据、进行战略分析、确认价值提升的机会、规划采购策略并制定实施计划。
Develop strong relationships with key internal business partners to ensure early engagement when
business needs arise. Lead the strategic sourcing process with various business partners, including
identify needs, conduct pre-project planning, honing problem definitions, refining project scope,
collecting internal/external data, performing strategic analyses, identifying value improvement
opportunities, formulating procurement strategies, and developing implementation plans.
 与全球供应链和产品组合团队紧密合作管理和控制物流费用。
To manage and control logistic expenses by working with global supply chain and product portfolio
team closely.
 成立、领导和促进合适的跨部门团队执行采购流程和计划，实现供应商选择和决策流程，领导
和促进合同制定、谈判和执行。
Form, lead and facilitate cross-functional teams as applicable to execute the procurement process and
plans; enable supplier selection and decision process; lead/facilitate contract development,
negotiation, and execution.
 负责有效的内外部沟通，确保供应和问题解决。
Responsible for effective internal and external communication to ensure the supply and issue solution.
 与全球采购品类战略经理合作，确保工厂品类战略和供应商管理实践的持续实施。
Work with global procurement category strategy manager to ensure consistent implementation of the
category strategy and supplier management practices in the site.
 制定合适的风险管理战略确保公司需求的供应。
Develop appropriate risk management strategies to assure supply of A's requirements.
 有效利用采购和采购技术（Ariba, SAP 等）管理采购活动、提出采购计划。
Effectively utilize A's procurement and sourcing technologies (Ariba, SAP, etc.) to manage
procurement activities and advance sourcing initiatives.
 利用持续改进来推动问题解决，提高供应商绩效。
Utilize Continuous Improvement to drive the resolution of issues and improve supplier performance.
 利用公司全球采购资源优势，降低采购成本。
Capture savings opportunity by taking network advantage.
 负责及时采购项目和运营所需的材料，设备，备件和服务等，以满足业务和内部客户的要求。
Responsible for procurement of material, equipment, spare parts, 安定 services etc on time to meet
business and internal customer’s requirements.
 根据要求和分配领导或参与全球采购项目团队
Lead and/or participate on Global Procurement project teams as required or assigned.
任职资格 Qualification (最低任职要求 Minimum Requirements)
 本科学历，化学或生物化学专业优先。
BS degree required. (Chemistry or Bio-chemistry major is preferred).
 5-8 年制药工厂或同等环境供应链或采购经验。
5-8 years of Supply Chain or Procurement Management experience in a pharmaceutical plant
environment, or equivalent.
 熟悉国际贸易流程、进出口实践和法规要求。
Be familiar with the process of international trade, import and export practice, regulation
requirements.
 具有良好的口语和书面沟通能力。
Good communication skill, both verbal and written.
 具有良好的英语沟通能力，包括书面和口语，能够与各级同事和外部资源有效沟通。
Excellent communication skills in English language, both written and oral; ability to communicate
effectively with colleagues and external resources at all levels.
 具有丰富的供应链系统知识，尤其是 ERP/MRP，采购系统。
Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain systems, especially ERP/MRP, procurement systems
