 工作职责tasks & responsibilities
1、 工作目标：协助解决工业级mRNA制备各环节关键技术难题；
2、 主要职责：1名：mRNA转录模板的构建和高质量模板的制备；协助mRNA转录体系建立和优化；
1名：协助建立、优化mRNA纯化方法，建立mRNA质控体系，符合临床应用要求；
1名：mRNA功能测试，协助建立优化符合新药申报的mRNA递送系统，高效转染靶细胞并降低对靶细胞的损伤。
 任职要求qualifications
1、 知识要求knowledge requirements：硕士以上学历，生物化学与分子生物学相关专业。
2、 技能要求Technical requirements：熟练掌握分子生物学相关技术，具有mRNA实验技术经验优先。

1. Job Duties:
Facilitate solving some key technical problems on mRNA preparation process in each link of industrial-grade..
2. Chief Duties:
One person for: Construct mRNA transcription templates and prepare high-quality templates; Facilitate establishment and optimization of mRNA transcription system. One person for: Facilitate establishing and optimizing mRNA purification methods se well as establishing mRNA QCS to satisfy the demand of clinical application;
One person for: Test the mRNA Function; Facilitate establishing and optimizing mRNA delivery system in line with the new drug application as well as increase the transfection efficiency and reduce the damage of target cells.
 Qualifications:
Knowledge requirements: Master degree or above, major in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
Technical requirements: Proficient in molecular biology relevant technology; Experience in mRNA technology is preferred.
