工作职责： 1. 负责公司在溶瘤病毒方面工作开展，包括病毒改造方案的设计，体外和体内药理学评价，IND申报相关研究和临床试验； 2. 负责溶瘤病毒技术平台的建设；指导和建立高质量研究团队，以支持高效的药物研发； 3. 根据临床需求和肿瘤药物研发进展，选题立项新项目； 4. 解决项目实施过程中的关键技术难题； 5. 主导与外部研究机构/高校、生物公司和CRO的合作，参与溶瘤病毒对外BD及技术引进。 任职要求： 1. 博士及以上，分子生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学、病毒学或相关专业。国内外药企或高校5年以上溶瘤病毒相关经验； 2. 在溶瘤病毒和肿瘤免疫方面有良好的科学素养和丰富的研究经验，熟悉常用病毒的特性及改造方式； 3. 对溶瘤病毒的研发、体内外药效评价、生产工艺、法规政策和临床研究方面有深刻的见解； 4. 了解溶瘤病毒和肿瘤免疫治疗的发展及趋势，具备溶瘤病毒项目的申报与实施经验，有外企工作经验者优先。 5. 具备良好的管理能力、沟通能力和团队合作精神。 Job title：Director, research and development for Oncolytic virus Location: Chengdu, China Job type: Full time Specific responsibilities: 1. Lead company efforts in oncolytic virus, including design and construction of viral vectors, in vitro and in vivo pharmacology, IND-enabling studies, and clinical applications. 2. Responsible for the construction of the oncolytic virus platform, direct and develop a high-quality research team to support the rapid drug discovery programs. 3. Initiate the new projects based on clinical unmet medical needs and advanced oncology research. 4. Handle with key technical problem in project. 5. Manage collaborations with external academic, biotech, and contract research organizations to advance oncology projects, direct technology introduction and business development of oncolytic virus. Qualifications 1. PhD in Molecular/Cellular Biology, Immunology, Virology or related field with 5+ years of academic or pharmaceutical setting. 2. Deep scientific knowledge of and research experience in in immune-oncology and oncolytic viruses. Good knowledge of properties of oncolytic viruses and how to construct viral vectors. 3. Have profound insights into the research and development of oncolytic viruses, in vitro and in vivo pharmacology, manufacture processes, regulatory policies and clinical research. 4. Understand the development and trends of oncolytic viruses and tumor immunotherapy, have experience in the IND and implementation of oncolytic virus projects, and experience in foreign companies is preferred. 5. Good at management, communication and have teamwork spirit.
