• 紧密跟踪酶工程的前沿发展动态，根据公司发展战略对酶工程相关的创新生物技术 进行整合提升；
• 为不同项目提供酶工程及相关专业的技术支持；
• 指导与培训酶工程团队人员，针对不同的酶，制定实验方案或定向进化的研发方 案；
• 负责酶工程团队的创建以及研发流程的创建，培训和研发方案的组织实施；
• 与不同项目研发团队合作，基于实验资料，制定实验改进方案。 任职要求
• 具备酶工程或相关专业的博士及以上学位，具备产业界或学术界的相关经验者优 先；
• 精通蛋白质理性设计和定向进化技术，熟悉相关实验操作；
• 以第一作者（含共同第一）或通讯作者身份，在高影响力学术期刊发表过合成生物 学、代谢工程、酶工程、化学生物学等领域的研究论文；
• 良好的英语听说读写能力；
• 具备良好的沟通与管理能力，有交叉学科管理经验，善于整合利用各种资源；
• 自我驱动力强，具备科学研究热忱以及好奇心，乐于分享知识。
Responsibilities
• Closely follow the cutting-edge development and trends of enzyme engineering. Propose ideas to integrate and upgrade BOTA’s enzyme engineering technology according to the company's development strategy
• Provide enzyme engineering and related professional technical support for different projects
• Instruct and train the staff of the enzyme engineering team. Plan experimental programs or directed evolutionary research for different enzymes;
• Establish enzyme engineering team, R&D pipeline, and related training program. Lead the team for experiment execution.
• Cooperate with other R&D teams, develop experimental plans based on data. Qualifications
• PhD degree or above in enzyme engineering or related fields, relevant experience in industry or academia is preferred
• Proficient in protein rational design and directed evolution, familiar with related experimental operations
• Published research papers as the first author (including the common first) or corresponding author, in the fields of synthetic biology, metabolic engineering, enzyme engineering, chemical biology, etc. in high-impact academic journals
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
• Have good communication and management skills, have cross-disciplinary management experience, and be good at integrating and using various resources;
• Strong motivation, has passion for scientific research and curiosity, willing to share knowledge.
