职位描述

职责描述：
1、带领抗体研发团队开展新型抗体研发，包括靶点调研、抗原设计、抗体筛选、结构设计、成药性研究等；
2、负责抗体药物多种给药途径的开发及推进，重点成药性评价，建设CMC平台，进行工艺及制剂开发；
3、负责解决抗体开发项目推进中的质量检测、工艺开发的相关问题以及非临床研究的开展；
4、参与抗体项目从临床前研究向临床研究的转化，参与抗体药物IND申报；
5、负责团队的整体管理及跨部门的协作与沟通。


任职资格：
1、具有生物、生化、免疫学或药学等医药相关专业博士以上学历；
2、五年以上国内、外知名药企从事抗体开发和管理经历，有纳米抗体开发经验优先；
3、有至少3个抗体项目开发经验，包括专利、发表文章、IND申报等；
4、在抗体工程方面有很强的科学背景，包括抗体结构设计、成药性评价、工艺开发等；
5、能够同时推进多个项目并且具有良好跨团队沟通及协作能力；
6、流利的中英文读写能力、卓越的交流技巧，以及良好的人际交往能力；
7、有自我驱动力，具备创业精神和自信、积极的管理风格。
Job Description:
1. Leading the antibody development team with antibody development projects, including target investigation, antigen design, antibody screening, structure design, drug evaluation, etc.
2. Responsible for the development and advancing of antibody drug delivery routes, especially the druggability assessment. Construction of CMC platform and perform process and formulation development.
3. Responsible for solving the problems related to quality, CMC development, and non-clinical research of antibody development projects.
4. Responsible for the transformation of antibody project from preclinical research to clinical research. Participate in antibody drug IND application.
5. Responsible for overall team management and cross department coordination.

Qualifications:
1. Doctor degree or above in biology, biochemistry, immunology, pharmacy or other related majors.
2. More than five years of experience in development and management of antibodies in well-known pharmaceutical companies domestic or abroad. Experience with nanobody development desired.
3. Experiences of at least 3 antibody development projects, including patents, publications, IND applications, etc.
4. Strong scientific background in antibody engineering, including antibody structure design, drug evaluation, process development, etc.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.
