职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.To be responsible for the daily operation and management of overseas subsidiaries, and to cooperate with headquarters in personnel and financial management;
2.To be responsible for the registration declaration and factory audit of the company's products in the target national market, and obtain the listing license and registration certificate;
3.Establish a local network of KOL to cooperate with product academic seminars and local bidding;
4.To be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of public relations with local government departments of health and drug control;
5.To be responsible for the construction, training and maintenance of the marketing team in the region, make sales plans and complete sales tasks;
6.Collect client information, set up client information files, analyze client types and business, and carry out corresponding business plans;
7.Lead the market team to develop the market, establish marketing network with customers/distributors through professional visits, publicity and education training;
8.To analyze the sales circumstance of products and regions, such as growth rate and coverage rate, so as to promote the implementation of the sales plan;
9.Analyse the sales situation of competitive products (sales data, distributors, networks, coverage, sales activities, etc.);
10.Understand the working conditions in the area under its jurisdiction, collect market information in time and put forward rational market activities plan;
11.Other work items required by the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS or BA degree required. Ideal candidate will be technically knowledgeable with a minimum of 5 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience.
Documented history of successful performance.
Demonstrated business acumen, success in influence and negotiation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
Demonstrated leadership.
Meets expectations for the key competencies for this role.
Demonstrated self-starter and highly motivated
Ability to learn, apply and communicate products and disease states over time
Ability to travel
Professional or Senior Professional leveling will be based on years of related professional experience
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
