职位描述

岗位职责:
1.依据公司战略规划,负责制定和实施招聘策略,以满足创业环境快速增长的业务需求。
建立广泛的招聘渠道(包括但不限于中介、猎头、网络平台、院校、社交媒体等)和推进有效的招聘举措,以增加高质量的候选人,并吸引高端候选人,满足中高级职位需求。
2.领导团队管理整个招聘过程,包括JD讨论和创建、简历搜寻和筛选、面试流程及安排、薪酬福利谈判、背景调查、录用等。
3. 制定招聘指标和建立有效的跟踪报告,以衡量职位招聘的有效性,包括但不限于:跟踪
实际vs计划、招聘速度、多样性、雇佣质量、每雇佣成本等。
4. 与HRBP和用人部门进行盘点,不断优化招聘流程。
5. 建立有效的人才库,确保合格的候选人在当前或未来的就职机会中持续参与,并确保整个招聘周期中客户及候选人积极正面的招聘/求职体验。
任职资格:
 全日制统招本科以上学历,8年以上相关工作经验。有企业和中介双重经验,并专注生物医药行业者优先。
 高度专业性,良好的学习能力,愿意驱动和领导,具备创造性,注重结果。
 优秀的人际沟通技巧,注重细节和精确性。
 良好的英语能力。

Position: Talent Acquisition Lead
Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment strategy and execution to support rapidly increasing business growth in a start-up environment.
• Develop effective sourcing channels (agencies, headhunters, platforms, academies, social media, etc.) and right initiatives to increase high quality candidate flow, and to explore and attract suitable high-caliber candidates for senior and mid-level positions.
• Lead the team to manage the full life cycle of recruitment process, including JD discussion and creation, CV sourcing and pre-screening, tele-interview, HR interview, hiring manager/senior management interview arrangement, offer negotiation, reference check, on-board confirmation, etc.
• Develop recruiting metrics and establish reporting to measure effectiveness, including but not limited to: tracking actual to plan, hiring velocity, diversity, quality of hire, speed to hire, cost per hire, etc.
• Conduct follow-up with HRBP and hiring managers to continuously optimize the recruitment process.
• Proactively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities, and ensure a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above, 8+ years relevant working experience preferably in both in-house and agency setting, with focus on healthcare industry.
• Highly professional, good learning agility, wiling to drive and lead, creative, result-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, care about details and precision.
• Good English skill
