岗位要求：
Ph.D. 2~3 years experience in Biologics product industry
1. Experience in leading and directing the bioassay team in HCP, HCD, ELISA, PCR, Cell assay……assay.
2. Ability to manage team, task timeline and budget control
3. Good communication skill to illustrate, persuade others and defend
4. Studied Chemistry, Microbiology, Virology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology and Medicine field, Rich knowledge in Bioassay tests.
5. Independent thinking and problem solving.
6. Be familiar with the regulation, manufacture process and requirement for Biologics Product
Other Skill Requirement:
1. Require English conversation, reading, writing
2. Good communication skill for team work

岗位职责：
1. Perform Tech Transfer from CDMO clients and replicate the bioassay in AABB
2. Develop Bioassay for CDMO product. Assay skill include Potency, ELISA, PCR, Cell assay, HCP, HCD…..
3. Manage bioassay team to support PD for CDMO projects
4. Manage the operation of Bioassay group in AD department
5. Review Note book and record and conclude the data. Confirm the correctness of the delivered information
6. Make yearly performance plan and budget plan of Bioassay group
7. Support the other activity required in AABB
8. Create, define, and lead an attribute sciences team within the analytical development organization to meet the expanding needs of clients and AABB.
9. Lead the overall scientific, technical and operational efforts within Analytical Development regards to clearance, bioassays and various analytical methods
10. Establish procedures and protocols that would enable a deeper understanding of the impact of molecular attribute on product safety and efficacy to justify and establish the control strategy
11. Deliver timely data and process knowledge needed to meet AABB project milestones and associated regulatory requirements. This includes the design of protocols, execution, reporting and approval of characterization and qualification reports that support development activities
12. Share responsibility for the group’s scientific and technical standards, critical review of documentation and reports, and setting analytical strategy to support discovery and product development.
13. Maintain currency with applicable global regulations and industry standards for analytical bioassay testing of biological products.
14. Participate effectively in internal development programs and in external collaborations by representing the analytical development organization as needed
15. Provide input into personnel decisions including performance appraisals, promotions, hiring, mentoring, and other personnel related activities across Analytical Development.
16. Interact effectively and transparently with functional leads within AABB. e.g. Quality, Manufacturing, Project Management, Business Development, etc.
