职位描述

职位概要:
负责管若干项目，选择合适的合成路线，并指导工艺流程，确保安全性、经济性和适用性，使得工艺能顺利的应用到车间生产。
工作经验：五年以上从业经验
关键技能：有机化学或药物化学专业或背景，有大量的放大经验，英语听说读写熟练。
主要职责：
1、指导项目流程，保证项目向生产转化的顺利进行。
2、指导工艺的研发，提升产品质量并降低成本。
3、在产品研发过程中，及时跟客户汇报进展并反馈客户意见。
4、跟踪项目进展，并最终完成小试报告。
5、协同生产部门和安全部门，做好技术转移，完成生产任务。
6、领导安排的其他工作

R&D Manager-Synthesis and process amplification of APIs / intermediates
Reports to:R&D Director
Job Summary: Be responsible for route scouting on certain projects. Give suggestion on process development. Be responsible for the process safety, economy and practicality. Ensure the technical transfer from R&D to production.
Education background: Bachelor or above
Experience: More than ten years or equivalent.
Key Skills: Organic or medicinal chemistry background; Experienced in organic synthesis in large scale; Good in speaking and writing English.
Main Responsibilities:
1\Guide team to achieve the relevant milestones. Drive the project through the Product Development Process.
2、Maintain and enhance commercial position for product and tooling costs.
3、Communicate with the customers regarding the rogresses. Guild the activities based on the feedback.
4、Follow the progress, and achieve the process development report.
5、Cooperate with production and safety department to fulfill the technical transfer and production.
6、Any other job assigned by company leader
7、Key performance Indicators
·Success transfer from R&D to production department, and resolve the technical problems during production.
·Compliance with standards, in particular, ethics, health, safety, and environment (HSE)
·Right first time etc.
