职位描述

Positon: Vice President of Clinical Sciences
Main tasks and responsibilities:
·Connect with various stakeholders (SPH and BIOCAD. Chinese regulatory authorities and CROs) to obtain clinical trial and market access approvals
·Lead the development of SPH-BIOCAD’s clinical science work
·Manage and guide the clinical development team
·Usher innovative biologics and biosimilars products through local and global regulatory processes
·Lead a highly competitive and talented team of scientists (PhDs/MDs and Masters)
·Deal with global stakeholders (project teams, investigational sites, CROs and other partners) to conduct successful clinical studies in China
·Monitor drug regulatory requirements in China.
·Evaluate new opportunities for global projects.

Requirements

Education

Graduate degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Molecular biology or Biotechnology (PhD is preferred)


Experience
Proven track record in clinical development in China – clinical trial approvals, market access authorizations of innovative and biosimilar drugs in China
Work experience in CFDA is preferred
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken)
Highly organized and able to work autonomously under strict deadlines
Excellent writing and communication skills.

•与全球利益相关者(项目团队、调查地点、CROs和其他合作伙伴)合作，在中国进行成功的临床研究

•监督中国的药品监管要求。

需求：

·教育:
药学、医学、分子生物学或生物技术专业硕士学位(博士优先)

·经验：
有在中国进行临床开发的丰富经验
在中国进行创新和/或生物相似产品的临床试验授权和营销授权
有CFDA工作经验者优先
流利的中英文能力
有很强的组织能力，能够在严格的期限内独立完成工作
优秀的写作和沟通能力。
