详细职责 / Specific responsibilities

1.Building and leading the virus vector team

2.Responsible for the vector process development and production business

3.Overseeing the research and development efforts in AAV platforms

4.Participating the management meeting, contributing to the overall direction of the gene and cell therapy efforts

5.Providing guidance and training to other employees

6.Representing the department in cross functional teams within the company

7.Representing the company for interactions with customers and other stake holders as needed

学历要求 / Diploma PhD in life science areas

语言要求 / Language Fluent in English.

工作经验 / Experience

1.5+ years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry

2.5+ years of experience in gene and cell therapy

3.3+ years of experience in AAV

4.3+ years of experience in team management

5.Preferably 2+ years of experience in a GMP setting

6.Lentivirus experience is a plus

 

技术技能 / Technology and Skills

Virus packaging

Expert in virology

Working knowledge of AAV packaging and other relevant techniques

Working knowledge of lentivirus

Familiar with literatures and new technologies.

Excellent in communication
