Master’s
degree or equal in Chemistry, Chemical
Engineering or Pharmaceutical University or equal.

化学、化工或制药大学硕士或同等学历

English
for Pharmaceutical business fluently in verbal communication, reading and
writing.

Chinese
for Pharmaceutical business fluently in verbal communication, reading and
writing.

Work Experience: 工作经验

Good
if applicant have 10 years’ total experience
from Pharmaceutical-Administration, Pharmaceutical manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical
Business.

Or/ Experience
form international-business contacts or international client audits
is required.

Job Description: 岗位描述

During
CEO absence to assure that the Quality delivered from Wuxi Griffin to our
customers is according to US cGMP, EU GMP and Chinese GMP requirements.
And that the operations throughout all activities complies with
international cGMP and GMP to support our services and products delivered
throughout the world.

在首席执行官缺席期间，确保无锡格莱福向客户提供的产品质量符合美国cGMP、欧盟GMP和中国GMP的要求。所有活动的运作都符合国际cGMP和GMP，以支持我们在世界各地提供的服务和产品

During
CEOs absence reporting to CEO and assuming responsible for
Administration, Finance, Production. CEO will resume responsibility of
Marketing department and Technology transfer department at all time.

在首席执行官缺勤期间，向首席执行官汇报工作，并负责行政、财务、生产。CEO将随时恢复市场部和技术转让部的职责。

During
CEO absence basically represent his authority and report to CEO daily or
according to agreement for CEO approvals.

在首席执行官缺席期间，基本上代表CEO，并每天向首席执行官汇报，或根据协议代表首席执行官的进行批准

He or she will together
with CEO be in contact with COO to optimize use of energy and natural
resources as well as waste.

Responsible
for the coordination of audits from external companies together with CEO,
the Administration, QA, Production, and Marketing department

During
CEO absence coordinate with CEO any KPI activities, annual Salary
revisions and bonus programs.

CEO absence to report to CEO any change in routine or administrative
regulations influencing any activities or employees working conditions.

During
CEO absence oversee and reporting to CEO the various production activities
like Production Planning, Budgeting, Recruiting.

During
CEO absence is responsible for the contact with Machine and Equipment suppliers
to solve any discrepancies regarding equipment function and lack of
documentation during validation and production.

During
CEO absence is responsible to oversee that the adequate training of the Administration,
Quality, Warehouse, Production and Maintenance personnel is performed
according to established specification for each function.

During
CEOs absence is coordinating and monitoring together with CEO the
establishment and implementation of any new production process in
collaboration with Technology Transfer department, QA, Wuxi Fortune
Pharmaceutical Co Ltd and any consultant used.

在首席执行官缺席期间，与技术转让部、质量保证部、无锡福祈制药有限公司以及所使用的任何顾问合作，与首席执行官一起协调和监督任何新生产工艺的制定和实施

In the
absence of CEO, when major new or replacement equipment purchases takes
place he or she is responsible for the coordination between CEO,
Technology transfer department, planning department and production
responsible.

在首席执行官缺席的情况下，当发生重大的新购或更换设备采购时，他或她负责协调首席执行官、技术转让部门、计划部门和生产负责人之间的合作
