职位描述

 学历本科及以上，生物制药等相关专业，2年的相关工作经验者优先。
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Biotechnology and other related professional. 2 years related working experience is preferred.
 具有HPLC/UPLC和CE等分析设备的操作经验，熟练掌握CER、CENR、cIEF、SEC、CEX、Titer、肽图和糖型等相关分析方法。
Require operation experience about HPLC/UPLC and CE. Master CER, CENR, cIEF, SEC, CEX, Titer, Peptide Mapping, Glycotype and the other relevant analysis method.
 具有分析方法转移和验证的工作经验。
Require work experience about analysis method transfer and validation.
 熟悉与QC实验室相关的文件系统：偏差、超限调查、变更控制、CAPA和培训等。
Experienced and active participation in a document system about QC: Deviation, Document Management, Change Control, CAPA and Training.
 了解单抗的开发，制造和分析过程。
Understanding of mAb development, manufacturing, and analytical process.
 具有调查和解决复杂技术问题的能力或意愿。
Ability or willingness to investigate and solve complex technical problems.
 能够与来自不同领域的人员和运营组织的经验丰富的人员进行交流。
Good communication skills to engage with personnel from multiple disciplines and experience bases across the operations organization.
特别知识或技能Special knowledge or Skills
熟练操作基本办公软件。英语听说写能力良好。具有良好的GMP意识。
Highly skilled in computer system. Good command of written and spoken English. Good sense of GMP.

2. 基本工作职责Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 增加原辅料取样，检测等方面的工作内容
 样品（产品，原液，制剂，稳定性等）的检测放行。
Test the routine release samples, such as DS, DP, preparations, stability samples.
 实验室设备的维护/监督（验证，校准，维护）。
Maintenance/supervision of laboratory equipment (validation, calibration and maintenance).
 根据需要起草和修改标准操作程序，分析方法，分析方法的转移和验证方案。
Write and modify Standard Operating Procedures, Analysis method, Analysis method transfer and validation Protocol as required.
 按照批准的方案参与并支持分析方法转移和验证的实验操作，并起草和修改分析方法转移和验证的报告。
Participate and support in analytical method transfer and validation following approved protocols. Write and modify Analysis method transfer and validation Report as required.
 上级安排的其他工作任务。
Other tasks assigned by superior.
