职位描述

Responsibilities: • Design, execute and interpret multiple experimental workflows including standard cell biology methods with an emphasis on stem cell culture, characterization and differentiation • Develop strategies for the assessment and process development of novel stem cell therapy • Develop and optimize analytics tools to characterize cell therapy products • Recruit and supervise junior scientists • Continually cultivate scientific/technical expertise through a critical review of the scientific literature, participating external conferences, and developing relationships with key opinion leaders
Qualifications • Ph.D. with 4+ years of experience in biotechnology and pharmaceutical field Strong knowledge in stem cell biology and differentiation with relevant publications in peer-reviewed journals • Hands-on differentiation experience cutting edge techniques in the field of reprogramming and stem cell biology • Strong problem-solving skill • Highly adaptable and responsive, and committed to completing tasks in a timely manner • Ability to adapt to and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial startup environment
