2. Group leader of Biochemical Assay Responsibility

Responsibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a dynamic environment,
• Proven ability to demonstrate scientific creativity, work independently and take initiative,
• Ability to design, write and execute clear technical research plans and SOP,
•Analyze scientific data and present it internally,
• Ability to work with the scientist to support SAR study, compound screening.
• Careful recording of all experiment results and maintain a well-organized lab notebook
Work with the other scientific teams actively to facilitate the project progress and present scientific data to internal audiences.
Oversee maintenance of equipment and instruments.
Collaborate with CRO and academic partners to advance drug discovery and development

Education/Experience requirements
•Highly motivated Ph.D. scientist with 》2 years of industry experience，or Master Scientist> 5 years of industry experience.
• at least 4 years of experience in the industry
•Strong knowledge and hands-on in biochemical assay development
•Experience in enzymatic kinetic analysis
•Experience in HTRF/Alphalisa/ADP-Glo/TR-FRET assays is a must. Experience in SPR assay is a plus.
• Knowledge of protein expression and purification is a plus.
