Market Insights and Consulting Senior Manager/ Associate Director 洞察与咨询经理/高级经理
Responsibilities
• Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach; the project types include
real-world insights, real-world data-based commercial model for pharmaceutical companies, etc; • Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on the key client issues;
• Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data and coordinating team
meetings;
• Lead market insights and consulting project team and RD team to develop advanced algorithms that
solve client’s problems with large scale of real-world data
• Explore to embed new technology to solve client’s business challenges
• Design and execute qualitative and/or quantitative analyses as the supplementation of real-world data
analysis to test and analyze hypotheses;
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations and communicate results to clients and internal teams;
• Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and industry; • Participate in business development;
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
Organization structure
• Line manager: This role reports to Director, Head of Market Insights and Consulting. • Subordinating Team: 2-3 consultants report to this role
Qualifications
• 5-6 years of relevant management consulting work experience
• MBA with bachelor's (and often graduate) degrees with a strong academic record in business,
economics, marketing, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied math, or related fields. Alternately,
candidates may possess a PhD in marketing, economics or related field with a business application.
In lieu of an MBA or PhD, 5-6 years of relevant consulting work experience may substitute;
• Up to 3 years of post-MBA relevant work experience, and 3-5 years of pre-MBA work experience;
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;
• Analytic problem solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook;
• Relevant programming or data analytics experience is a plus (e.g. Python/R/SQL);
• Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading and managing teams;
• Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision
makers;
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset;
• Client service orientation.

【工作内容】：
1.与项目领导一起定义项目范围和开发方法，项目类型包括现实世界的洞察、基于现实世界数据的制药公司商业模型等；
2.对关键客户问题进行问题分析并提出假设；
3.通过确保项目进度、组织项目数据和协调团队会议来领导项目任务的执行；
4.领导市场洞察和咨询项目团队和研发团队开发先进的算法，解决客户的问题与大规模的真实数据；
5.探索嵌入新技术以解决客户的业务挑战；
6.设计并执行定性和/或定量分析，作为对真实数据分析的补充，以测试和分析假设；
7.综合调查结果，提出建议，并与客户和内部团队沟通结果；
8.在项目和行业内提供思想领导和创新；
9.参与业务开发；
10.指导和指导初级团队成员。
【岗位要求】：
1.3年mba后相关工作经验，3-5年mba前相关工作经验；
2.高度的积极性，良好的职业道德，成熟和个人主动性；
3.具有分析解决问题的能力，并具有创新精神；
4.有相关编程或数据分析经验者优先(如Python/R/SQL)；
5.领导和管理团队的能力和乐趣；
6.有效的口头和书面沟通技巧，能够对高层决策者产生个人影响。
