职位描述

Key Responsibilities:

1.Closely working with collaborators and CROs to conduct non-compartmental and population PK, PK/PD, and exposure-response analysis to support key program decision-making (eg, phase 2/3 dose selection).

2.Responsible for study design and data interpretation of clinical pharmacology studies, including pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, food effect, relative bioavailability, drug-drug interaction, QTc, ethnic PK bridging and special population studies, et al

3.work closely with clinicians, biostatisticians, clinical operations, regulatory, pharmacology, toxicology, and bioanalytical colleagues to design, conduct and report clinical studies.

4.Support preclinical development in pharmacokinetic.

5.Author clinical and regulatory documents related to clinical pharmacology components, including protocols, investigator brochures, study reports, briefing documents for regulatory meetings, and NDA/BLA, et al.; author scientific publications.

Requirements:

1.Master or equivalent experience in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or other related disciplines.

2.Knowledge of pharmacokinetics and pharmacology concepts.

3.Good understanding and knowledge on LC-MS/MS bioanalysis.

4.Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary and dynamic team setting.

5.Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

岗位职责：

1.能与同事以及CRO密切合作，进行非房室分析（winnonlin）、Pop PK、PK/PD和ER分析，以支持关键项目决策（例如，Phase 2/3的剂量选择）。

2.负责临床药理学研究设计和数据解释，包括药代动力学、药效学、食物效应、相对生物利用度、药物-药物相互作用、QTc、PK种族桥接和特殊人群研究等。

3.能与临床医生、生物统计学家、临床操作、监管、药理学、毒理学和生物分析同事密切合作，设计、实施和报告临床研究。

4.支持临床前开发的药代研究。

5.撰写与临床药理学部分的相关文件，包括方案、研究者手册、研究报告等。

任职要求：

1.药代动力学、药理学、药学或其他相关学科的硕士或同等经验。

2.具备基本的药代动力学和药理学知识。

3.有良好的LC-MS/MS生物分析背景。

4.具备在高度协作、多学科和动态团队环境中工作的能力。

5.良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
