职位描述

Role & Responsibility

• Manages or provides technical support to multiple procurement arrangements on a day-to-day basis ensuring adequate support on procurement processes
• Acts as a technical owner of a specific area within the Procurement Function with a deep understanding of processes and cost analysis
• Either leads the planning, managing, and monitoring of procurement relationships and projects from concepts to implementation, or provides expert technical support in Dizal
• Keeps own knowledge of best practices and new developments up to date
• Responsible for managing supplier relationships and expectations across a broad range of products or services in order to provide a high quality, timely and cost-effective service
• Ensures optimal spend across relationships under management through support with cost management
• Develops contacts across a range of departments and/or external suppliers acting as a representative for functions

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor or Master degree level or equivalent
• Experience of procurement， at least 5 related experience on pharma or relavent industries, especially in CMC function
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Proved ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively
• Demonstrated success working in a team environment
• Project and people management
• Fluent oral English skills
• Multiple management experience
• Procurement or Process management experience
