Responsibilities:



Facilitate the deployment of site digital transformation roadmap and clarify the direction for site improvements (the next 1 ~ 2 years)
Define operational improvement targets, establish site performance improvement plan which are enabled by digital technologies
Support PETs and Functions to establish digital transformation plan and introduce digital use cases to enable performance improvement
Manage site digital project portfolios
Facilitate Site/PETs for business analysis to identify digital opportunities for site improvements base on understand of current situation of the business
Facilitate interface between business, IT and data scientists in developing systematic improvements though a set of digital use cases
Plan the prioritize the digital uses cases in detail and ensure SLT approval to carry out the improvement program
Plan lean and digital capability development plan and ensure lean facilitator and digital project lead are well trained to deliver and apply for digital use cases to generate value
Sustain Communication & Training process to build digital capability in Wuxi site
Facilitate interface between business, IT and data scientists in designing, iterating models and insights, utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team
Develop the end-to-end product strategy, determine business value and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team and business owners.
Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
Serve as the day to day contact for the team on clarification and prioritization of requirements and drive user stories, elicit requirements to accomplish team goals, accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
Manage monitoring of improvements in the business, management & control, ensure holistic integration of lean and digital
Communicate with the business, follow up the goals against the vision-Digital transformation roadmap review
Identify any "first sign" on the next improvement program
Promote global good practices sharing and adopting PoC as site Champion
Maintain an effective knowledge centre for appropriate application of Lean/Six Sigma, Process analysis and Advance Analytics across Wuxi site

Requirements:



Bachelor or above of Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent
More than 3 years of working experience as lean practitioner
Work experience in pharmaceutical production or process management
Deep experience leading with teams in an agile setting
Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.)
Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas –loves and embraces change
Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust
Not afraid to “roll up the sleeves” and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn –pushes teams to do the same
Experimental mindset to drive innovation
Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders
Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress
