职位描述

Responsibilities:

Design and carry out maintenance level 1 and 2 and daily check lists
Implement lubrication sheets
Quick response to the production line problems ,list, investigate and solve equipment outstanding issue
Do some little modification on machine to develop machine reliability and efficiency
Focus on TPM to improve operators skills , solve the machine hidden issues , control the overall downtime and so on
By learning to think constantly, offer innovation for the RPC problem of the technical solution
Finish other work the leader arranged
Management of all external resources and service contract
Lead the projects to cost saving
Very well managed spare parts in their respective field
Establish and maintenance of maintenance SOP and record sheets
Maintenance SOPs filling
Creat maintenance lesson learned sheets
Training operators to run machine in suitable and correct way
Act as a SHE coordinator to implement SHE Policy and Standards and ensure compliance with local legislation during the work
Ensure all risks are identified and preventive actions are taken
Seek suitable method and technology to address the SHE risks or issues
Solve all SHE problems and communicate with SHE team

Requirements:

College degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical automation engineering
Pharma. packaging knowledge and technical solutions
Maintenance on motion control, mechanical and pneumatics system and components
8 Years of working experience technical related, prefer 3 Years above MNC working experience3
Be good at English reading
Good MS-office skill
Good technical management and communication
Familiar with business related regulation/standard
