Be responsible for finished goods transportation plan management, goods transferring from NDC to RDCs and 3PL management to ensure all goods delivered to customers safely and timely. To take part in process continuous improvement. To improve transportation process effectiveness and efficiency via projects or other initiatives. To plan transportation cost in a reasonable level and seek further cost saving opportunities.
负责成品货物运输统筹计划，上海总仓和区域分销中心的产品驳运管理，负责第三方物流商的管理，确保货物安全、及时地送达客户。参与流程优化，通过项目等形式提高运输流程的有效性和效率，合理规划运输成本并使之不断优化。
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任
To cooperate with commercial team tightly and make reasonable and feasible distribution plan for finished goods.与商务紧密合作，制定合理可行的发货计划。To coordinate with the 3PL to ensure all the goods to be delivered on time and in full.与第三方物流商协调，确保所有的货物及时地发出和送达。Be responsible for goods transportation information tracking and emergency handling.负责产品运输信息跟踪及异常事件的处理。Be responsible for product replenishment management from NDC to RDCs to ensure on-time delivery with planned quantity.负责总仓和区域分销中心的产品补货计划管理，确保产品按需求准时准量送达区域分销中心。Be responsible for transportation KPI data collection and report (e.g, OTIF).负责运输关键指标的数据收集，报告制作（如准时准量到货率）。Be responsible for the system (e.g, SAP) operation.负责相关系统（如SAP）操作。Be responsible for the RDC expense management, including review, control and report负责管理区域分销中心运营费用，包括核对、监控和报告分析。Be responsible for 3PL management. To evaluate carrier performance and organize monthly review meeting.负责管理第三方物流商，并对其综合绩效进行评估。组织并主导月度绩效会议。To seek continuous improvement opportunities by collaboration with the team and other functions. To lead or participate in projects to improve process efficiency, cost effectiveness, digitalization and etc.与团队及其他部门协作，寻求流程优化机会点，参与、领导相关项目，提升流程效率、成本优化、数字化进程等物流运作流程改进。Complete the assigned tasks.完成上级安排的工作Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

Undergraduate College and above with related major (e.g., logistics management)
大学本科及以上,相关专业（如物流管理）优先

At least 3 year’s relative experience in logistics management in pharma, FMC, auto or other related industries
三年及以上制药、快消品、汽车等相关行业的物流管理相关经验优先

Good interpersonal and communication skill.
良好的人际关系和沟通能力

Good at English speaking, listening, reading and writing
良好的英语听，读，写和表达能力

Good at data statistics and analysis
熟练的数据统计及分析能力

Good at office software operation
熟练操作办公室软件
