Hire purpose:
This person mainly supports a few commercial functions and also needs to work on some senior requisitions and talent pipelining needs. This person needs to be independently work with various business and HR stakeholders. Job requirements We are looking for someone mature, thoughtful, proactive and driven in style for success.
Ideal experience:
- Around 8-10 years working experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years inhouse commercial recruitment experience in FMCG industry.
- Experienced in senior level recruitment.
- Proficient English skills in written and oral.
Critical Competencies:
- Strong in candidate assessment skills and market talent intelligence.
- Strong in stakeholder management. Organizational savvy and has excellent people agility.
- Excellent communication skills.
