The Company's state-of-the-art production platform, management system and global biopharma network will help bio-medicines made by Chinese companies to enter the global markets.

Job Responsibilities
-The basic job profile covers mastering all DSP related technologies from of development and optimization tasks for downstream process, including buffer preparation, purification, filtration, chromatography, and IPC.
-Responsible for process transfer from internal and external customers and preparation of transfers to clinical manufacturing or manufacturing.
-Ensuring timely and cost-effective process establishment in development, optimization and scale-up to meet all quality and regulatory demands.
-Compiling reports, SOPs and other documentation as well as presentations of results according to timelines.
-Get involved in late stage project, including inspection activities, dossier preparation, scale down model set-up, process characterization study, resin lifetime study, virus remove validation and trouble shootings during commercial manufacturing.

Qualifications
-Bachelor or Master Degree above with major in Biopharmaceuticals, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioengineering
-Solid Experience in Downstream processing with good risk awareness.
-Over 4 years experience in Biopharma.
-Good command of English.
-Social competence, customer orientation and team player.
