职位描述

Responsibilities:
Provide a comprehensive recruitment solution to all supporting functions and ensure all vacancies are filled in the most expeditious and cost effective manner.
Work as HRBP to provide total HR solutions to supporting functions, including organization and talent development, talent management, employee coaching, performance management etc.
Taking full responsibility of recruiting process, including talent sourcing, face to face interview, offer proposal & negotiations, reference check, on boarding process, etc.
Support maintain recruiting channels and work with vendors to enhance recruiting efficiency.
Other works as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above;
6+ years recruiting experience, recruiting or business partner experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred;
Good at mapping, talent pipeline, market intelligence;
Proactive in problem solving, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, teamwork, good learning capability;
Ability to influence senior leaders;
Fluent in written and spoken Engli***************************
