工作职责


Develop and lead an effective, stable and motivated maintenance team to achieve high performance and to roll out best practices of the company. 发展、领导一个高效、稳定、有激情的高绩效维护团队，在工厂落实公司内好的经验。 Manage and accountable for site PCT (Process Control Technology), implementing ideas, know-how and developments cost-effectively requires large scale standardization in the engineering, construction and operation of production facilities. 负责工厂PCT技术。在生产厂房的设计、建造和运营等广泛应用成本领先的新方案、新技术。 Develop utilities/equipment PM plan (preventative maintenance plan), as well as lead maintenance team to implement all activities. Plan 5 years STRACO, control capex for basic demand and additional demand. Specify technical request for new equipment/devices procurement, ensure shortest warm up time. 任职要求

Education: Bachelor and above with Mechanical Engineering or Electronical Engineering background. 教育：学士学位及以上，机械工程或电子工程专业 Experience: At least 10 years working experience in the relevant field, preferably in a multinational company. Good knowledge of GMP and HSE. 经验：至少10年以上相关工作经验，国际化公司优先，良好的GMP和HSE知识。 Specialised Training: Lean-SixSigma Green Belt and above. 专业培训：精益六西格玛绿带及以上 Knowledge & Skills: Good oral and written English.
