工作职责

Leadership of the monthly Sales & Operations Planning Cycle to generate a rolling 36 month aligned SKU level demand forecasts using advanced Excel tools, statistically generated forecasts & SAP APO tools, with timely upload to APO. Utilise a collaborative and consensus approach to achieve aligned & agreed logistical forecast volumes that demonstrate high stability in short / medium term. Enable optimal forecasting by; Analysing key sales and marketing trends and identify the key drivers of sales Modelling using advanced excel & database skills, different business scenarios for different business outcomes and recommending actions. Reporting, presenting and influencing seniormanagement decision making & use KPI tools (RoiPE) & any other tools to assist with forecast review Reconciling financial and logistical forecast variances for broad business understanding. Provide volume input to annual budgeting and RF processes Driving forecasting stakeholder discussions including commercial, franchise and controlling stakeholders to understand demand forecast drivers. Contribute to achievement of forecast accuracy, bias & Customer OTIF targets Analysis of obsolete & excessive inventory and communication to the Franchises & Commercial to drive actions to mitigate financial and product supply exposure. Reflect product life cycle activities in forecasts (new products, deleted products) Strive for best practice S&OP & implement IBP (integrated Business Planning) processes in alignment with Bayer blueprint Engage supply stakeholders to understand constrained supply situations to phase demand and coordinate and communicate action plans

Bayer Competencies: Instills Trust, Drive results, Collaborates, Plans & aligns Leader Competencies: Courage, Business insight, Strategic Mindset, Manages ambiguity Strong facilitating& influencing skills, excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, well-developed analytical and problem solving skills, decisive, strong customer focusEducation - Graduate qualification in Supply Chain, Commerce or Business degrees, further supply chain specific certification (e.g. APICS qualification in CPIM and / or CSCP) strongly preferred Experience - five to eight years experience in similar roles in pharmaceutical, FMCG or Healthcare industries Strong business acumen across business functions including manufacturing , quality, regulatory and finance in a multinational business Strong MS Excel & Access / forecast modelling / database creation & management competencies Experienced user of SAP R/3 ***/PP, APO, BW and analytical tools strongly prefer********************
