Data Mining, Advanced Analytics and Dashboard generation
？ Support regular business reports both for sales team and leadership dashboard.
？ Provide related reports in Business and Market Dynamics, outlining potential Opportunities and Vulnerabilities.
？ Provide special tops analysis for key business questions and opportunity study.
？ Ad hoc tasks and projects Business Insights, SFE ？ Support business planning and target assignment based on market, sales and channel strategy.
？ Lead SFE related analysis to support strategy, such as FTE, segmentation, KPI setting, etc.
？ As co-pilot to work with channel head to design strategy and track execution by internal and external data.
？ Ad hoc tasks and projects


Required Years of Related Experience:
？ More than 2 years of working experience in business analysis or SFE.
？ Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred and consulting experience is a plus.
？ Strong experience in data management and analytics. including extensive knowledge on analytical tools, frameworks, and applications.
？ Hands-on business analytical experience is preferred and experience in customer/Omni-channel analytics is a plus
？ Strong business acumen and ability to translate data analysis results into actionable business insights.
？ Good at communication and influence skills and be comfortable to drive changes
