Qualifications
Bachelor above degree10 years above talent development and management experience and at least 2 years team management experience.Expertise of talent management and development and project management.Organizational development, performance management or coaching experience and knowledge is a plus.Integrity, customer and result orientated, inclusive, collaborative.
