Support leadership team to cultivate culture basing on company value and business strategyUnderstand and translate business and organization needs to design and implement talent program and initiativesDesign and implement talent development and performance management related program and process, strengthen leadership pipeline and accelerate high potential talents’ developmentWork with business leader and HR business partners to analyze organization structure, system and process and workforce dynamics to deliver intervention solutions to optimize organization effectiveness and build high performing teamLead to study and try innovative approach, to build positive employee experience and enhance employee engagementDeliver online/offline training and coaching to managers
Qualifications
Bachelor above degree10 years above talent development and management experience and at least 2 years team management experience.Expertise of talent management and development and project management.Organizational development, performance management or coaching experience and knowledge is a plus.Integrity, customer and result orientated, inclusive, collaborative.
