Job Responsibilities
-Develop and qualify analytical methods for HPLC/UPLC and Real-Time PCR.
开发并验证HPLC/UPLC和实时荧光定量PCR等分析方法。
-Adapt BI-platform methods to customer molecules.
优化BI 平台方法以适用于客户蛋白分子的分析检测。
-Ensure that the analytical methods are transferred smoothly from external parties.

-Perform release tests/stability study for Tox material and prepare related documents.
对毒理样品进行放行/稳定性研究并准备相关文件。
-Perform qualification for reference material and prepare related documents.
对标准品进行验证并准备相关文件。
-Support production with analytical tests under very tight timelines.
为生产提供及时有效的分析检测支持。
-Troubleshoot experimental failures and act as mentor for junior scientists.
对实验失败进行问题排查并作为专家指导实验室的初学者。
-Participate as Subject Matter Expert in internal or external project team meetings and serve as main contact window for ****** in matters of analytical testing.
作为分析方法的SME，参加内外部项目会议并为客户分析检测提供技术支持。
-Ensure that Transfer Lab operates according to company policy with respect to equipment management, sample management and reagent management.
确保Transfer Lab的运行符合公司管理规范，包括仪器管理，样品管理和试剂管理等。


Qualifications
-Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above
学历/学位要求：学士学位及以上
-Major: Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Chemistry, Analytical
专业：药学，生物制药，化学，分析化学
-Language skills & proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English. Able to use the language fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs
语言技能：精通英文。口语流利，准确。
-Required professional certificates / licences: N/A
专业证书/许可证：不需要
-Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies)：
需要具备以下能力（技能，经验，竞争力）
1. At least 5 years of QC or Analytical Development experience in biopharmaceutical industry for large molecules.
至少5年大分子生物制药行业QC部门或者分析开发经验。
2. Able to troubleshoot the cause of analytical failure.
能够查找并排除分析失败的原因。
3. Must be experienced in method qualification/validation.
丰富的分析方法确认和验证的经验。
4. Must have experience working in an GxP environment.
必须有在 GxP 环境中工作的经验。
