职位描述

工作职责:
-Lead the development of clinical research strategy of all Respiratory (Resp.) pipeline products for Greater China region in partnership with multiple external partners and relevant internal cross functional team members.
-Execute and provide medical monitoring, and support other medical activities relevant to Phase I-III clinical trials in Resp. TA.
-Responsible for medical content of relevant study documents, including protocol, ICF, CSR, academic communications and publications in Resp. TA..
-Establish and maintain strong academic relationships with key external stakeholders (eg, scientific advisors, consultants, researchers, regulatory officials, KOLs, health care professional societies, etc.)
-Support regulatory filing and study operations where medical expertise is required.
-Develops and leads a highly motivated and effective team with a result-oriented culture, strive for excellence and cross-functional collaboration
-Support Head of Clinical Research in other related medical activities.
任职资格:
-MD is minimum (Master or PhD or other graduate level degree preferred)
-Minimum 10 years working experience in the medical function of the top MNC, CRO or biotechnology pharmaceutical industry.
-Strong track record in strategic planning and implementation of key clinical research activities. Experience in Resp. TA is preferred.
-Familiar with NMPA, FDA and EMA guidelines and IND/NDA processes.
-Experienced team leader with strong leadership skill in people management.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
