Responsibilities:

? Provide a comprehensive recruitment solution to line managers and ensure all vacancies are filled in the most expeditious and cost effective manner.

? Manage end-to-end recruiting process, including talent sourcing, interview, offer proposal & negotiations, reference check, pre-onboarding process, etc.

? Manage and maintain recruiting channels and work with vendors to enhance recruiting efficiency.

? Participate in recruitment projects including recruitment operation excellence, campus recruiting and etc.





Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree or above;

? Over 5 years recruiting experiences, recruiting experience in MFG function in pharma industry is preferred;

? Good at mapping, talent pipeline, market intelligence;

? Proactive in problem solving, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, teamwork, good learning capability;

? Fluent in written and spoken Engli******************************
