1. Supervise and manage logistic operations of Viatris’s business, work on site and closely supervise LSP’s daily operations, including goods receiving, picking, packing, shipping, customer service ect., provide proper work instructions to LSP, ensure Viatris and customers’ requirements are fulfilled properly;
2. LSP management. Closely monitor LSP’s performance, for both warehousing and transportation, organize monthly operation review meetings, ensure all KPIs are well achieved and continuously improved;
3. Inventory management and DRP. Participate in forecast meeting, review demand forecast and sales history, work closely with supply planning team, monitor inventory level, provide valuable logistics information, ensure good inventory level, and avoid aged inventory;
4. Customer relationship. Maintain good relationship with internal and external customers, ensure customers’ needs are well understood and fulfilled; complaints are efficiently handled, root causes are addressed and continuously improved;
5. Participate in Viatris’s RDC implementation project and other logistics-related projects, like new product launch, process improvement, etc, provide proper support;
6. Budget management. Monitor warehousing and freight budget, continuously identify operational and financial improvement opportunities and actively pursue financial efficiencies and savings. Participate in the annual budget planning project;
7. Analysis and report. Data analyzing and reporting for performance review and continuous improvement;
8. Streamline existing logistics processes, work with relative team and continuously improve processes;
9. Work closely with Viatris’s quality, EHS, security expert, ensure suppliers understand and comply with Viatris compliance, quality, EHS, security, and business continuity standards and requirements.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
? Acts as the contact window for logistics related issues.
? Acts as the Process Owner for LSP
? Develop and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement of local operations and reducing administrative burden and costs
? Establish the performance metric which align with business expectations and industrial standard. Understand and comply with Viatris quality, operating, reporting and other standards and policies, processes and procedures to enable them to meet agreed performance metrics
? Manage budget on warehousing, freight and operation expense in relations to the logistics operations
? Maintain awareness of financial and cost implications in order to contribute to departmental efficiency and achieve some agreed financial objectives
? Ensure effective two-way communication with own teams, peers and all levels internally and externally, to ensure issues and concerns are understood and gain full understanding of relevant matters
? Develop and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement of local operations and reducing administrative burden and costs
? Support implementation of RDC
