Fluent in written and spoken English

5- 8 years of experience in sourcing within ASIA or working in a similar position.

Strong supplier management experience to improve supplier capacity stability continuously.

Experience with project management in international projects.

-Support Indirect Procurement for all areas at best terms, balancing price with Quality, Delivery, and social, environmental and ethical responsibility.

-Set KPI and evaluation system to measure and feedback suppliers’ performance.

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:
Strategic sourcing
-Develop local sourcing strategy in align with global unit GES, Corporate Sourcing
-Implementation sourcing strategy
-Maintain governance of sourcing strategy by involving senior leadership team
Drive digital transformation
-Develop intelligent engines like digital tools to identify cost-saving opportunities
-Develop Procure-to-Pay with RPA and integrated systems
Drive Localization transformation
-Analyze Dynamic market change
-Identify localization opportunity
-Project management of localization projects
Upstream risk mitigation
-Risk approach analysis on upstream supply
-Make recommendation and implement mitigations including developing 2nd source
-Drive governance of risk mitigation on regular basis with the involvement of stakeholders
Cost Management
-Seek opportunity for continuous cost improvement
-Drive price negotiation with local suppliers owned by Site Sourcing
-Bench mark items price with other DFP sites
Compliance
-Make sure all sourcing activities are in compliance with relevant SOPs and regulations
Sourcing Project
-Manage supplier selection process – The position must manage the supplier selection process together with the team/management. This imbeds a high degree of project management in terms of keeping stakeholders informed and included in the communication.
-Objective screening for new supplier – The position must perform supplier screening according to the guidelines, SOP’s etc.
-Support the implementation of new suppliers and products – The position must deliver all relevant documentation to the relevant unit/person responsible for implementing new products and suppliers.
-Negotiate Price and Contracts – The position must be doing fact based negotiations based on the Win/Win principle and be sure to involve and legal in any aspects of the contract negotiation.
Stakeholder Management
-Mapping internal and external stakeholders
-Give recommendation/proposal of stakeholder management strategy
-Implement stakeholder management strategy
-Ensure collaboration with HQ souring units
Change Management
-Lead the change request (CR)
-Proactively being change agent driving the change
Business Ethics
-Ensure that Business Ethics is at all times being handled according to the overall Novo Nordisk A/S SOP’, NNW, Values, Politics etc.
Archive Sourcing Documents
-Ensure all sourcing related documents are archived perfectly and timely.
