工作职责

Responsible for regional or national Bulk Tender of disposable products related activities, including collecting bidding information,providing bidding qualification documents, unifying bidding prices andif necessary directly participating in bidding as authorized person, etc. Responsible for equipment bidding related activities, including daily bidding information collection, providing bidding qualification documents, verifying Channel Managers' projectsheet data, etc. Optimize, develop & implement the bidding process of the regional or national Bulk Tender of disposable products according to overall tender strategy of department. Collaborating internal resource such as Business Operation, Sales and Marketing to ensure the success in each tender. Make sure tender related process and documentation is fully in complied with Bayer compliance standards. Participant in designing and implementing reimbursement strategy to provide effective support for device products with regards of reimbursement. Responsible for collecting and evaluating the qualities of related distributor reports. Cooperation with Business Operation to verify and review the market research report data by the third party, and supervise distributor to complete the "End User Information Form" in time.
任职要求

6 Yrs and above experience in MNC of Medical Instrument or Pharmaceutical industry, at least 5years in Tender/Bidding andReimbursement practice. Good English Skills in written, reading and oral.Good computer skills in normal software such as PPT, Word, Excel.Ability to analyze both quantitative data and qualitative information.Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
