Role Purpose 职位目标:
This position will implement sales strategy of broader market (incl. hospitals and retail pharmacy) at regional level and execute the tactical plan to achieve and drive business growth in non-target market.域落实公司对于广阔市场(包括医院和零售药店)的销售战略,执行策略计划来达到和推动非目标市场的业务增长。
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
Implement & execute the GSK China broader market (incl. hospitals and retail pharmacy) business strategy & implementation plan at regional level in complex China market context, as one of the core components of Rx strategy. 杂的中国市场环境下,作为处方药核心战略之一,在区域落实和执行GSK中国广阔市场(包括医院和零售药店)的销售战略以及实施计划。Manage the partnership with the third parties that are engaged to promote GSK product in hospitals to make sure business/marketing campaigns are fully implemented.与医院推广第三方合作伙伴的业务关系,确保业务/市场活动的贯彻执行。Leverage innovative business model/partnership to collaborate with reputable leading chain store KA to improve GSK product accessibility to patients.创新的业务模式/合作关系与值得信赖的大型连锁KA合作,增加GSK产品在病人中的可及性。Close collaborate with all business units, channel strategy team, and get aligned on sales strategy, objectives and resource synergy.他业务单元、渠道团队紧密合作,达成一致实现销售战略、目标以及资源整合。Any additional tasks assigned by the line manager直线经理分派的任务。




Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

申请资格 / 职位要求:(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)
Minimum 4 years’ experience in field force. Experience in Sales, Retail or Commercial is highly preferred.4年以上销售经验。有销售、零售或商务经验优先。Experience in third party management would be a plus.既往有第三方团队管理经验的候选人。Demonstrated capability to develop sales strategy and translate strategy into a tactical plan that achieves and drives top line growth with experience in a business制定销售策略并转化为实行计划的能力,通过团队在业务中实现并推动业务增长。Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships in a matrix environment as well as influence employees at all levels.优秀的领导力,包括合作,沟通,激励等,能够在组织中建立信任关系并影响各级员工。Proactive in identifying solutions to business issues.
