ROLE OVERVIEW:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated cancer biology scientist to join
our discovery team to develop cell and organ therapy products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design,plan,execute and manage proof of concept studies in cancer cell
research with a focus on developing NK cell products targeting cancer.
Search,analyze and integrate knowledge related to cancer biology,tumor
model and tumor targets and provide guidance to the discovery team.
Develop assays for evaluating function and efficacy of immune cell products by
phenotypic and functional analysis using multi-color FACS,ELISA,RNA seq,in
vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo xenograft tumor models.
Collect,maintain,and organize primary data and analysis accurately and timely
in accordance with company policy,and assist in patent filing process.
Prepare and present data to team members and external partners.
·Provide management and training for research associates and assistants.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
·Ph.D.in cancer biology,immuno-oncology with2+years of postdoc training in
cancer biology,immuno-oncology,immunology or cell therapy-related
research in an academic,biotechnology,or pharmaceutical setting.
Experience in cancer biology,tumor model and tumor targets.
·Experience in xenograft tumor model.+
Experience in in vitro assays of cell killing.
Excellent coordination and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
·Self-motivated,positive attitude,willing to learn,results-driven and team-
oriented.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
Experience in both solid tumor and hematologic malignancies is a plus.
●Experience in clinical studies is a plus.+
Knowledge in iPSC and Embryonic Stem Cells is a plus.
