职位描述
一）制度、流程管理
1.协助全国业务总经理加强省平台能力建设，完善省平台二、三级组织架构职能工作机制、流程、制度的建立，为制定省平台建设目标和计划提供支撑。
二）人力资源管理重点工作：
1.人力资源规划。省平台公司、省平台下属分子公司阶段性人力资源工作规划拟定，包括组织架构、人头预算、各项模块工作目标及规划，并据此执行。
2.组织建设。省平台及下属分子公司组织架构、职能设置、岗位配置规划，根据需求适时更新及调整。
3.团队管理。开展省平台及下属分子公司团队建设工作，提升团队效能。
4.人才发展。建设省平台及下属分子公司人才识别、人才盘点、人才培养、人才梯队的人才管理闭环，人才全流程管理工作。
5.绩效管理。开展省平台及下属分子公司绩效计划制定、绩效实施、绩效辅导、绩效评估、绩效回顾的全流程管理。根据公司策略，适时更新阶段性绩效激励方案及策略。
6.培训与开发。建立省平台及下属分子公司年度培训计划，并根据计划内容结合实际需要，开展各项培训工作，适时训后跟进及评估。
7.招聘与配置。结合公司发展策略，部门设置及人头规划，完成年度人员招聘目标，拓展及维护有效招募渠道。
8.员工关系管理。做好省平台及下属分子公司员工关系管理工作，定期开展企业文化建设相关、员工满意度敬业度相关工作。
三）行政管理
1.行政体系。建立健全省平台及下属分子公司行政管理工作体系、流程及实施规范，并推动执行；
2.会议会务。重要会议策划、筹备及举办；
3.关系维护。内外相关部门、机构关系维护；
4.接待管理。重要商务接待管理。
