Principle responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Support FP&A team lead on overall GC financial statement consolidation. - Partner with the commercial business/platforms head and support FP&A team lead on the execution of business strategies; providing financial analytics support as necessary for key business decisions. - Create, implement, communicate, and lead in the financial planning & analysis and presentation of monthly/quarterly business financial results as well as Quarterly Forecasts and annual OP. - Provide financial leadership on special projects and business development activities supporting commercial/platforms strategic initiatives. - Implement processes across the organization to prepare, review monthly financial results and perform analysis of financial operating statements, including comparison with budget, prior year and forecast - Assist GCR FP&A Lead in managing Enabling Finance Function Budget via establishing reporting timelines, calendars, deliverables for monthly, forecast and OP reporting. Operating Plan (OP) / Forecast (FCST) - Responsible for the development of cohesive financial messaging/commentary for the OP/FCST - Partner with the Commercial, Platforms, Enabling Functions teams to understand the business and its key drivers in order to define the requirements and facilitate the consolidation of the OP/FCST - Create and provide guidance and direct the consolidation of proposals and the preparation of the associated presentations to senior management - Provide oversight to commercial teams on preparation of detailed analyses in support of annual OP/FCST Management Reporting - Create and oversee processes to review and analyze monthly financial results - Create and oversee the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions to Viatris Corporate - Work with GIS in creating and defining management reporting requirements for Actuals, FCST and OP
