职位描述

惠氏营养品-木兰培训师
1. 负责所辖区域内人员招聘，课程培训，微课直播，门店带教，日常管理
2. 负责门店的促销执行，参与创作自媒体内容，利用自媒体软件及直播工作开展，支持促销量销售业绩达成
3. 负责公司嘉年华活动，周末路演活动支持，促销员现场指导及招新技巧教导
4. 负责所辖区域内门店的巡店检核，到店辅导等工作

任职要求:
1、心态积极，乐观向上，身体健康，能承受工作压力
2、口齿清楚，沟通能力强，理解能力强、责任心强
3、需有促销团队管理和培训带教经验、有婴幼儿行业经验优先
4、根据需要参与直播及多媒体视频创作
5、有过督导经验者优先
6、可接受经常出差
