Key Activities / Responsibilities
Provide technical and functional system expertise to configure, test and lead system changes and HRIS project as assigned.Mainly responsible for the implementation for HR new system- Success Factors at current stage. As project data owner and leader, need to closely work with the project team and consulting firm to roll out the system as scheduled tightly.Oversee HR system modules, review and troubleshoot daily issues and action items as HRIS owner for new system after implementation.Develop custom reports, dashboards and data analytics to meet the needs of business and HR.Review and optimize the HR Operation related policy and process, enhance the HR Operation teams’ efficiency and excellence. Other HRIS and HR Operation Excellence projected as assigned.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Proven working experience in implementing or rolling out SuccessFactors system And/Or other HR systems
3. 3-5 years HR Operation/SSC experience
3. Good project management skills and data analytics skills
4. Good English in written and verb*************************
