Key responsibilities for this role include:
Act as a C&B Partner to the assigned Business Unit and work on various C&B initiatives.Proactively monitor external and internal markets to identify trends and best practices in compensation programs.Develop and evolve the company’s compensation policies and practicesParticipate in special projects and analysis.Work with HR BPs on various initiatives (e.g., design C&B programs)Support to develop, coordinate and implement effective communications strategy and education program to raise Total Rewards awareness and knowledge amongst HR Business Partners, Line Managers, and employees for various initiatives.Ensure all our frameworks are driving harmonization, simplification, and compliance.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
? Bachelor’s Degree is required.
? More than 5 years of C&B experiences, experience in pharmaceutical, consumer or internet industry is a plus.?
? Self-starter, high level of personal motivation and results-oriented
? A team player with high leadership qualities and ability to work effectively cross functionally
? Willingness to take on new pilots in the areas of digital and analytics and new ways of working.
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Excellent planning, presentation and communication skills
