职位描述
主要工作职责：
Responsible for medical strategy and tactic plan and medical input in brand strategy to maximize product`s value;Actively engage in the medical tactics in assigned therapeutic area including medical affairs, CMEs, advisory boards, KOL development, scientific reviews, investigator Initiated Trials, phase III study etc.;Develop relationships and engage national KOLs in scientific activities to ensure medical contribution;Manage the medical training and share the update literature with business team accordingly to ensure medical knowledge of internal customer;Medical review of promotional materials and any other documents related to medical content to ensure medical compliance;Assessment for new product in BD stage.任职要求：
Master degree or above in clinical medicine, doctor degree is preferred;Clinical practice is mandatory, More than 3 years’ experience as a clinical doctor is preferred;Major related to the assigned TA is preferred;More than 3 years medical affairs working experience in pharmaceutical company, more than 5 years is preferred;Competence in solving complicated problems;Good communication and cooperation skill;Fluent in oral/written English;Good Computer Ski********************
