职位描述

Quality System：Provide guide in Quality Assurance / GMP / ISO 15378 / ISO9001 and corporate quality system requirement. Monitoring and drive the continual improvement.Incoming Control:Incoming test and release for all materials (include glass tube, packaging material).Incoming inspection for spare parts (including gauges)Inspection and Test: Re-Inspection when feedback receive from production and QC departments.Supplier ManagementIn charge of supplier complaint handling and follow-up.Supplier performance monitoring, trend analysis and periodical review with management team.CoA: Prepare the CoA for customers accurate and on time.Documents: Batch record review.Complaint Handling: Assist QA manager to investigate the root cause, CAPA follow up, data and evidence collection.Pest Control:Monitor the insect situation based on supplier data;Drive the internal improvement on pest control. 9. Training:
1) Perform training courses according to training scheme.
2) Cross training to Quality staff
10. Others:
1) Be back-up of other QA staff
2) Other job assigned by QA manager
span>span> Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above.3 years working experience in quality assurance department in pharmaceutical packaging company or 5 years more working experience in quality assurance department in other manufacturing industry.High sense of responsibility, good teamwork and cross functional communication skills. Be able to work under stress and overtime.Excellent problem solving skills, Systematic thinking, Result Oriented, Process Approach.Good spoken and written English.Integrity, Trust and respect everyone, Be accountable, Be ethical, always, Listen and communicate with transparency and honesty
