7.Reviewhandlingofqueriesandcreating/makingresponsefromnewandcommonlyaskedFAQ.
8.Buildandexecutetrainingprogramstoenhancecapabilitiesandprocesseswithinteams
9.Responsibleforimprovementofperformanceoftheteamtomakethemeligibleforrewardandrecognition

Requirements
