JobDescription:
1.ProvideroutineandexigentassistancetoOpsManagersforensuringreliable,predictable,data-drivendeliveryofallprojectsexecutedinthevertical.
2.Workwithintheverticalandacrossfunctionstoensuredeliverieshappenthroughdefinedprocesses–frominitiationtocompletion.
3.ProjectInitiation:assistininitiatingtheprojectbysettingupthenecessaryoperationalandfinancialinfrastructure
4.ProjectExecution:assistintrackingtheprogressofprojectsonaroutinebasis–provideprompterstotheOMsandwritersonanongoingbasis
5.ProjectCompletion
a)Assistinensuringprojectsareclosedasperdefinedprocesses
b)Servetheroleofafacilitator-cum-processmonitorforthevertical
c)Liaiseandfacilitatetransferofinformationbetweenclients,businessdevelopmentandthedeliveryteaminaccordancewiththeestablishedguidelines/processes/documentationrequired.
Qualifications/Requirements
1.Youshouldhavestrongpeoplemanagementskills.
2.Musthavestrongwrittenandoralcommunication/presentationskills.
3.Shouldhavepassionfornetworkingandupdatingwiththelatesttechnical/scientificdevelopmentsandrelateittovariousprojects
4.Qualification–B.Pharm/M.Pharm+/-M.B.A,B.Sc/M.Sc+/-M.B.Awithexperienceinproject/productmanagement
5.Experience:1-3years
